Bio – Jaime Anaya
Exercise has always been a way of life for me. After high school, I enrolled at Lubbock Christan University, where I majored in Kinesiology. I completed my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and began my internship at Lubbock’s premier sports rehabilitation center, The Lifestyle Centre. Using the tools I gained from my experience of being a student/athlete, I realized that helping people become more fit was my calling. Being fit is more than the physical part we see from the outside. It’s a complete lifestyle change.
Once all my schooling was done, I moved to Dallas, where I began working at the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center. I worked there for 6yrs, before going independent. Other than exercise, I like camping, hiking, and fishing. I am usually accompanied by my 1.5 yr old dog Parry
