๐ Start Your Day Strong: Early birds can get their training in with 6:00 AM BJJ Gi sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you're nearby during lunch, our 11:30 AMโ12:30 PM BJJ Gi classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are perfect for a midday break.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Kids Train Too: Our Kids Program runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00โ6:00 PM with variety each dayโBJJ Gi on Monday, BJJ No-Gi on Tuesday, Muay Thai/Wrestling on Wednesday, and back to BJJ Gi on Thursday.
๐ฏ Perfect Progression for Adults: Every weeknight follows the same smart progression. Fundamentals at 6:00โ6:45 PM (perfect for beginners), immediately followed by Advanced BJJ at 6:45โ7:30 PM. Monday and Wednesday focus on Gi training, while Tuesday and Thursday are No-Gi days.
๐ฅ Strike Training: Muay Thai happens Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:30โ8:30 PMโgiving you three chances per week to work on your striking game.
๐คผ Wrestling: Sunday mornings at 10:00โ11:00 AMโbuild your takedown game and grappling fundamentals with dedicated wrestling training.
๐ค Open Training: Round out your week with Open Mat sessionsโFriday evening (6:00โ7:00 PM) and weekend mornings (Saturday/Sunday 11:00 AMโ12:00 PM). These are your time to drill techniques, roll with training partners, and polish everything you've learned during the week.
