πŸŒ… Start Your Day Strong: Early birds can get their training in with 6:00 AM BJJ Gi sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you're nearby during lunch, our 11:30 AM–12:30 PM BJJ Gi classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are perfect for a midday break.

🎯 Perfect Progression for Adults: Every weeknight follows the same smart progression. Fundamentals at 6:00–6:45 PM (perfect for beginners), immediately followed by Advanced BJJ at 6:45–7:30 PM. Monday and Wednesday focus on Gi training, while Tuesday and Thursday are No-Gi days.

πŸ₯Š Strike Training: Muay Thai happens Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:30–8:30 PMβ€”giving you three chances per week to work on your striking game.

🀝 Open Training: Round out your week with Open Mat sessionsβ€”Friday evening (6:00–7:00 PM) and weekend mornings (Saturday/Sunday 11:00 AM–12:00 PM). These are your time to drill techniques, roll with training partners, and polish everything you've learned during the week.
