No Experience Needed
You do not need martial arts experience to try a class. We will guide you step by step.
All Levels Welcome
Complete beginners are welcome. You do not need to be in shape before starting.

We have programs for adults, teens, and kids. We will help you choose the right class for your age and experience level.

Before you come in
What to Wear
Wear comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt or athletic shirt and shorts or leggings. Avoid zippers, buttons, jewelry, or anything sharp that could scratch a training partner.
What to Bring
Bring water, a towel, and sandals or flip-flops for walking off the mat. You do not need to buy a uniform before your first class.
When You Arrive
Come in a few minutes early and let us know you are here for your free trial. We will show you around, introduce you to the instructor, and help you get started.
No Pressure
You will not be forced into hard sparring on your first day. Your first class is about learning, getting comfortable, and seeing if Cobra is the right fit.
Nervous about starting? That's normal.
Most people feel nervous before their first class. That is completely normal. You do not need to know anything before you come in. Our job is to help you start safely, learn the basics, and feel comfortable on the mat.
